Oahe, Inc. is hiring for a Shared Living Coordinator. If you’re interested in spearheading a new program, this is the career move for you!

As a Shared Living Coordinator, here are some of the things you’ll do:
• Launch and find opportunities to start a shared living program within the community
• Coordinates and oversees the health and safety of people supported in their pursuit of a meaningful and desired lifestyle
• Maintain ongoing and positive communication with people supported, staff, guardians, parents, host home families, and conflict-free case managers.
• Train and assist host home providers with documentation, safety, emergency and crisis situations, conflict resolution, healthy living, etc.
• Serve as a role model and mentor.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications in order to be considered for employment with Oahe, Inc.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Degree in Human Services or related field; or a combination of prior experience and/or education
• Valid South Dakota driver’s license
• Insurable under the agency’s auto insurance policy
• Must pass mandatory drug screening, criminal background check, Medicaid/Medicare fraud check, and an employment history information verification
